Ela Pušica is a creative director, designer, product manager, and entrepreneur. She is the Founder of Fifteen Love and Courtiquette. Her areas of specialty include: Digital Product Management, Online Software, UI/UX Design, Artificial Intelligence, Critical and Speculative Design, Interactive Experiences, and Futures Thinking.
Ela holds a Master’s Degree in Design for Responsible Artificial Intelligence from the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona (ELISAVA), a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Futures from Toronto, Canada's OCAD University and completed an exchange program at Melbourne, Australia's RMIT University. She also holds a Design Leadership for Business certificate from Parsons School of Design. Ela is an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) and a Green Software Practitioner.
With over a decade of professional experience, Ela has honed her expertise in the design and technology sector, working in startups, private companies, and the public sector. She is experienced in leading product and design teams and managing projects across multidisciplinary contexts.
